Corporate Secretarial Assistant
Kaiden Corporate Service Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing incorporation, corporate secretarial support and complementary business services to our clients.
A subsidiary of Kaiden Group, the other Kaiden entities specializes in cross border tax planning for high net worth individuals & companies, annual corporate tax submission, outsourced book keeping, Anti-money laundering compliance, payroll, HR and business advisory services. We are inviting dynamic individuals to join the Kaiden Family.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to corporate secretarial services team;
- Perform ACRA e-filings and E-stamping transactions with IRAS;
- Data entry, preparation of documents from templates, document processing;
- Filing of documents in physical and electronic files;
- Any other corporate and ad-hoc jobs as required
Requirements:
- “O” Level, Higher Nitec, Diploma in any field
- Required skill(s): Data Entry, MS Office
- Relevant experience in administrative support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team player
- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin are essential
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently and meticulously under tight deadlines

Internal Accountant
Job Description
- Full set accounts (AP/AR/GL) including timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management and variance commentary
- Preparation of Consolidated accounts
- Monitor daily cashflow and accounts receivable outstanding
- Review of all entities income statement, balance sheet & balance sheet schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and GST returns
- Responsible for tax computation and corporate tax filing
- Support clients’ monthly payroll activities
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecast, daily group cash position and online payment to vendors
Requirements:
- minimum 2 years related job experience
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
