Kaiden Group is a registered filing agent with ACRA. We have a wealth of experience in assisting clients to set up various types of corporate entities in Singapore, including private limited, public unlisted, and companies limited by a guarantee. Concurrently, we work with reputable international partners to form corporate entities globally.
We are also able to assist with the formation of societies with the Registry of Societies in Singapore.
