Ltd. and its group of <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>related companies<\/strong> (collectively referred to herein as <strong>\u201cKaiden Group\u201d<\/strong>, \u201c<strong>we<\/strong>\u201d, \u201c<strong>us<\/strong>\u201d, or \u201c<strong>our<\/strong>\u201d) may collect, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">use, disclose or otherwise process personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Protection Act (\u201c<strong>PDPA<\/strong>\u201d).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Kaiden Group Pte Ltd.\u2019s<\/strong> related companies include the following entities:<\/span><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kaiden Corporate Services Pte. Ltd.<\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kaiden Advisory Pte. Ltd.<\/span><\/strong><br \/><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kaiden Audit and Assurance<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control, including personal data in <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the possession of organizations which we have engaged to collect, use, disclose or process personal data <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">for our purposes.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PERSONAL DATA<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1. As used in this Notice:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u201ccustomer\u201d<\/strong> means an individual who (a) has contacted us through any means to find out more about <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">any goods or services we provide, or (b) may, or has, entered into a contract with us for the supply of<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">any goods or services by us; and <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<strong>personal data<\/strong>\u201d means data, whether true or not, about a customer who can be identified: (a) from that <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2. Depending on the nature of your interaction with us, some examples of personal data which we may<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">collect from you include your name and identification information such as your NRIC number, contact <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">information such as your address, email address or telephone number, nationality, gender, date of birth, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">marital status, photographs and other audio-visual information, employment information and financial <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">information such as credit card numbers, debit card numbers or bank account information.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3. Other terms used in this Notice shall have the meanings given to them in the PDPA (where the<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">context so permits).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4. We generally do not collect your personal data unless (a) it is provided to us voluntarily by you<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">directly or via a third party who has been duly authorized by you to disclose your personal data to us <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(your \u201c<strong>authorized representative<\/strong>\u201d) after (i) you (or your authorized representative) have been notified <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">of the purposes for which the data is collected, and (ii) you (or your authorized representative) have <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">provided written consent to the collection and usage of your personal data for those purposes, or (b) <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">collection and use of personal data without consent is permitted or required by the PDPA or other laws. <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We shall seek your consent before collecting any additional personal data and before using your <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">personal data for a purpose which has not been notified to you (except where permitted or authorized <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">by law).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5. We may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(a) Performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of the goods and\/or <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">services requested by you;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(b) Verifying your identity;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(c) Responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">from you;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(d) Managing your relationship with us;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(e) Processing payment or credit transactions;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(f) Sending your marketing information about our goods or services including notifying you of our<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">marketing events, initiatives and promotions, lucky draws, membership and rewards schemes and other<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">promotions;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(g) Complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and\/or regulatory authority;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(h) Any other purposes for which you have provided the information;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(i) Transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and relevant governmental and\/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">aforementioned purposes; and<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(j) Any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6. We may disclose your personal data:<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(a) where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">our provision of the goods or services requested by you; or<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(b) to third party service providers, agents and other organizations we have engaged to perform any of<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the functions listed in clause 5 above for us.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. The purposes listed in the above clauses may continue to apply even in situations where your <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">relationship with us (for example, pursuant to a contract) has been terminated or altered in any way, for <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a reasonable period thereafter (including, where applicable, a period to enable us to enforce our rights <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">under any contract with you).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">WITHDRAWING YOUR CONSENT<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data will remain<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">to stop using and\/or disclosing your personal data for any or all of the purposes listed above by<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">provided below.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9. Upon receipt of your written request to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">(depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">seek to process your request within ten (10) business days of receiving it.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10. Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing in the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">manner described in clause 8 above.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">11. Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect out right to continue to collect, use and<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">disclose personal data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">under applicable laws.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ACCESS TO AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">12. If you wish to make (a) an access request for access to a copy of the personal data which we hold <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your personal data, or (b) a <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">correction request to correct or update any of your personal data which we hold about you, you may<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">submit your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">below.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">13. Please note that a <strong>reasonable fee<\/strong> may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the fee before processing your request.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">14. We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. Should we not be able to respond to<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">your request within thirty (30) days after receiving your request, we will inform you in writing within<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">provide you with any personal data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PDPA).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">15. To safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">modification, disposal or similar risks, we have introduced appropriate administrative, physical and <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">technical measures such as up-to-date antivirus protection, encryption and the use of privacy filters to <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">secure all storage and transmission of personal data by us, and disclosing personal data both internally <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">and to our authorized third party service providers and agents only on a need-to-know basis.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">16. You should be aware, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">electronic storage is completely secure.
